Where the Light Descends Though Still Staying Transparent

On the coral reef,
Clothed in clear waves,
In blues and greens
And endless shades,

Myriads of floral lips
Have found a place to bloom
Amid the rocks and crevices,
Offering one another

As finely tuned instruments
To the descending light
In its constant,
Glinting play.

And in that shared dream
One can no longer tell
Souls
From watchful silhouettes.
